This was an "easy" run after yesterday's long run. I did 5 min warm up at 12 min pace and then upped my speed by 0.1 mph per min for the next 13 min to slowly bring the HR up, get some speed into the workout, and keep me interested.
HR touched 90% after the fastest 2 min. I then finished out the 2 miles at my cooldown 12 min pace.
All in all fairly good and some slightly faster miles to add into the week. Tomorrow I'm thinking either intervals or fartlek and I'm shooting for 3 miles with some speed and the HR up there, so wish me luck.
