This was my long run for the week adding 1 more mile to last weeks long run. I upped the pace a bit too averaging 11:37 min/mile vs. last weeks 11:51 min/miles. Suprising as well is the HR. This weeks average was 77% max and last week was 78% max. Trully telling is the "long" run from a few weeks ago only 3 miles at 12:35 min/miles and a 84% HR.
So I think this means progress as the distances are increasing the pace is quickening and the HR is holding or dropping.
I'm pleased looking back at my logs as I didn't feel like I was making much progress but I think this does show some good improvements. I just need to keep it going in the right direction.
The weight loss goal has totally stalled though. I've been stuck at 160 for the last 1.5 months or so. I need to focus on diet I think to keep making progress here.

that is good progress. As far as the weight loss thing goes, when you move into longer cardio workouts it will help, and the consistency will help too. Your core is getting stronger, that will let you do the workouts that will get the rest of the body there.
