This was honestly a pretty good feeling run. I did kick up the middle 3/4 mile pace because I felt good. I really wanted to do my run outside on base but sadly the 105 degrees scared me off.
I originally planned to run 1 mile or so tomorrow but my true goal was to hit 10 miles this week so since I've done that I think I'll take the two days off to let the body rest. We all know sometimes the best workout for you is no workout.
