This was a shorter run done in the morning on base prior to a decent weight workout. My legs were not feeling great and I'm still waiting on a good workout feeling. Maybe next week.
I am hoping to try a barefoot run tomorrow on the treadmill at home. I'm thinking if I do it once a week to start I might be able to build up some muscle in my feet and ankles and strengthen them to prevent future injury.
