Very slow pace with the goal being in the 70% range and get 2 miles. I'm definately questioning the whole HRM thing atm since it doesn't feel like I'm able to push it all that much but I'm going to give it at least 3-4 weeks before making any drastic changes. Maybe I've always overtrained and that's why this way of training feels so different.
Either way I'm looking forward to seeing my "easy 70%" pace increase so I can get these miles done faster.
