First run back from my ankle injury and first time using my new heart rate monitor. I definitely need to figure out a new max heart rate and not the formula since I couldn't even maintain a jog and stay around 70% of max.
At least the ankle didn't feel weird or any pain, now I just need to build up time on the legs and get the legs some strengthened. I'm planning on getting new shoes Friday so the next few easy runs I'm planning on doing should also fit in well breaking in a new pair of shoes.
