My dreaded PT test.
1.5 mile time last year 12:15
Score last year 77/100 (75/100 required to pass)
Score this year 82/100
Ways to improve for next year...drop weight. If I get below 153 (currently 161) I'll gain a quick 7 points and I think running the 1.5 mile will be easier without carrying the extra weight.
I also maxed the 1 min. sit-ups for the first time every with 53 for a 10/10.
I had 9/10 on the push-ups with a 53 in 1 min. Slightly better than last year.

This was my physical fitness test for the US Air Force. My goal for the 1.5 mile was under 12:00. I hit an 11:30 so I was thrilled.
My total millage should start to increase after this fitness test is over.
