C&O Canal Towpath North from Old Angler's Inn and back. Took water break at visitor's center. 82 degrees and visible humidity today.

Went to the gym, did decline presses, rows, and adductors after the run. Increased incline a few minutes at a time.

C&O Canal Towpath. Ran North from Old Angler's Inn to Great Falls with my honey, on the anniversary of our first date (we ran South then, due to construction on the trail).
