oh my... this was difficult this morning.

We got out a bit after 8am (on a weekend!).
I wheezed, and whined, and complained all the way up- yuck. Calodecrus played the role of rabbit this time.

But it was beautiful and sunny.

Saw a cute trick performed by a guy who started up a bit before we did: he wrote his departing time in the dirt on his car. That way he has his starting time marked for when he comes back to the car.

Went out as soon as I got home from work. Was dark, felt intimidated by traffic, so didn't cross 24th.

Alternated hills and flat.
Tried one minute run, one minute walk. (Watch didn't help that endevour). Stopped after three cycles and just jogged.

Need to update gear
- new running bra!! Yesh. While this did make me focus on running smoothly, the *girls* were a large factor in cutting this run short.
- new batteries for wrist watch: backlight doesn't work, can't see...
- visibility light for when dark.

Oh yeah- forgot how snotty I get when I run- remember kleenex next time.

Felt good!
