Tags: Powertap baseline

I wanted to get out and lay down a baseline run of my most used course with the powertap.

felt pretty good today, a little bit sore from yesterdays crash tho. I have messed up my back a bit, and it's hard to walk or bend over. It was also hard to get out of the saddle and stomp the pedals on the climbs.

However, I'm sure by Friday or Saturday I'll be feeling 100%, i don't think it's anything serious.

It is interesting to come home and compare this graph with the ones my Polar used to produce, so much more information!

Thinking about investing in a coach over the winter, but not sure I can't do it alone instead....

Cool that you can post your wattage! Unlike a HR monitor it lets you see how much power you're making, so if you see 3 days in a row that power's dropping it means time for a rest!

What kind of wattage are you generating during a all out sprint?

i can hold almost 800watts for a minute, my peak thus far has been about 1350. The 15km TT avg was 330watts. I would like to see that improve to at least 360watts with my current weight. 370 would be ideal.

800 watts is some serious power, and 1300+ is amazing!
Now I'm curious as to what kind of wattage I can generate.
