why don't we try to keep it within this month at least? right now it doesn't really matter, but if we start challenges, we'll want to keep the playing field as even as possible.
Yeah. The discrepancies are pretty wide in this group (ikes runs a half marathon a day, ffs, which is as much as everyone else in this group combined.)
If we wanted to do something, we could base it on consistency instead of actual distance or time. Set a fairly low bar for yourself, wherever it may be, and make a point of clearing that bar every day. Or something.
That's how I'm looking at my activities. Don't kill yourself, but do something every day.
I'm not here to skew any statistics :P
I was interested in importing my current excel spreadsheet to this thing and see if i like it better. Should I not do this? I don't want to mess up any challenges or anything...
ikes, I wouldn't worry about it. I was ribbing you because you're where most of us wish we could be in terms of fitness, that's all.
No one's going to draw statistical anything from a group of 13 people, no matter what they do. And if we wind up with a couple hundred people in this group, then the regimen of any one member won't skew the curve much anyways.

In short, go jews.
Although if basmati joins this group, then that'll really skew the bell curve.
I kid, I kid.
